02 Data we process

a) Server log files (hosting)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit the site, your browser automatically transmits certain technical data that the hosting provider stores in server log files. This may include:

your IP address (anonymised/shortened where possible)
date and time of the request
the page or file requested
browser type and version, and operating system
the referring website (if any)

This data is technically necessary to display the website correctly and to ensure stability and security. It is not merged with other data sources.

b) Contact by email or phone

If you contact us via the email links or phone numbers on this site, the details you provide (e.g. your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) are processed solely to handle and respond to your enquiry.

03 Purpose & legal basis

Providing the website (server logs): our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning site — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Responding to enquiries: to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

04 Cookies & tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking, profiling, or advertising technologies. No usage profiles are created, and no data is shared with advertising networks.

05 Hosting & data transfers

Our website is hosted on the infrastructure of Netlify, Inc. (USA). Where personal data (such as IP addresses in server logs) is processed on servers outside the EU/EEA, such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Netlify acts as a processor on our behalf.

Fonts on this site are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which may transmit your IP address to Google. We are working to self-host these fonts to avoid this transfer.

06 How long we keep data

Server log data is stored only for as long as necessary for security and technical operation and is then deleted or anonymised. Enquiry-related data is kept for as long as needed to process your request and to comply with any applicable legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted.

07 Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
